    Called PGD after another power surge and outage, and they were willing to be on site that same day. Technician Pat S. was punctual and great to work with. He diagnosed a burnt out circuit board, provided pictures and report for insurance, and then gave a fair estimate on replacement cost. I accepted the estimate and he was able to install a whole new motor on the spot. Time on site less than three hours. Highly recommended.

    Pat Stevens was the technician and arrived on time after calling me and giving me his projected arrival time. He asked about the problem and I showed him the issue at which point he asked for a few more details and indicated that he would be able to fix the problems. He laid out exactly what needed done and I told him to proceed. 45 minutes later the job was done. Pat was very professional and efficient the whole time. I will be using Precision service for all future issues with my garage door although I will be asking to have Pat do the job if needed.

    My garage door would not close on its own, we were able to set up an appointment the next day. Our technician, Dylan, called when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He was extremely helpful with all options available to me for the repairs. Finished the repairs in about an hour, went over all my questions and showed me how I should maintain the door. Hopefully I won't need any work on my garage door any time soon but if I do I will be contacting Precision Garage Door and requesting Dylan as the technician. Thank you.
