Purchased a new garage door from Precision in late 2019. After almost 7 years, one of the springs finally broke. They were out to replace the broken spring and my door was operating again in less than 24 hours from when it broke. I feel like I'm good for another 7 years!

Great customer service! Precision was right on time with their scheduled appointment. They provided me lots of options to choose from to address the problem with my garage door and even had a technician out a few hours later that same day to fix the problem. 10/10 would recommend their service.

I genuinely wish I could give Precision Garage Door more than five stars! This was hands down some of the BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long time. From beginning to end, they were incredibly professional, kind, helpful, and, most importantly, patient. I had questions and wanted to understand exactly what was going on, and I never once felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. I especially want to recognize Anthony Phillips, who was absolutely exceptional. He was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and unbelievably patient. He took his time explaining everything to me, made sure I understood my options, and treated me like an actual person rather than just another service call. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. Anthony truly went above and beyond, and he is a fantastic representation of the company. Precision Garage Door clearly cares about how their customers are treated, and it shows. I would recommend them without hesitation.
