Fast and friendly service. We had an issue with one of our openers and they came out right away and fixed it, no charge. Great sense of humor too!

My garage door had been acting up for a while… not wanting to open when it was really cold or really hot… or when it didn't feel like it. I thought for sure it was going to be something expensive to fix. Precision came out and were able to quickly identify the issue. They greased up the belt and it is working like new! They didn't even charge me! They totally could have told me I needed a whole new opener and I would've believed them! So appreciative for their quick and honest service! Will definitely be calling them for any future garage door needs!

When I reached out to Precision Door of Green Bay, I immediately received respect and professionalism (specifically from Bob Meidam and Matt Martin). I usually make decisions for home repairs and gather information and price quotes on my own, then involve my spouse once I feel like I have what I am looking for. Bob was so in tune with my ideas and the look that I was trying to achieve. I also love that he never said, “Talk it over with your husband,” which can feel demeaning at times. Bob immediately understood my personality. My original garage doors were made of actual wood, and we needed the home's aesthetic to reflect a more authentic wood look while still finding a product that required little maintenance. Bob patiently came up with solutions, but nothing felt quite right. He then called me about a newer product from CHI that was a composite door. Bob quickly found color samples for me and came out several times to help me design the perfect look. Side note: I had several quotes from local companies before I reached Precision Door. One quote came in at almost 60k for a composite door. The first order of my doors arrived “not quite right” from CHI, so Don Mayer (the owner of this Precision Door franchise) called me immediately to let me know. I was so pleased to know that Don was looking out for the quality of my purchase. Bob also called me that day to apologize for the delay. Installation day came. I was met with five gentlemen (including Bob, Matt, and Roger) who were smiling, friendly, and acting like a real team. I could hear them working together all day, and it was so much fun listening to them enjoy their work. We were able to make on-site decisions together, and they were knowledgeable about the installation. They gave me great tips to look for if I see any problems (I doubt I will). Shout out to Roger for my tutorial and awesome personality. Don (owner) dropped by to thank me for my business and assured me that he should be the one thanked. I have rarely had an experience like this one for a home upgrade. I was listened to and honored as a customer, and when I pull up to my home each day, I KNOW I spent the best money on the right thing… with the right people. Thanks, guys!

Great experience.....they diagnosed the problem within minutes. Very cost effective. Will definitely have them come back
