I was having issues with my garage door and I called them at 2:30 p.m. on the Friday (of Labor Day weekend) and was immediately scheduled same day. The technician Jose showed up an hour and a half later. Jose explained everything clearly and was very friendly and got everything done in the estimated timeline. It's now 5p and issue is resolved.

My garage door would not open because the spring broke and called Precision around 1pm and spoke with Ashley and she was very helpful. She gave me a window of time between 2-6pm. Less than 10 minutes of booking my appointment Aaron called and said that he can arrive within 1 hour and he arrived in 45 minutes. He explained what was going on and what parts are needed especially identifying the written year on the parts that I needed to replace. My parts were installed back in 2015. I asked about a senior discount, and it was something Precision did offer. My experience was painless, speedy, and professional. This was not just something they advertise on their commercial they really do come out in a timely manner. By the way this was on Labor Day so while most people were all enjoying a day off from work, they were working to service others.
