Hello, My name is Eric . I had a service with Precision Garage Door to my garage door today 9/6/2026 . Caleb Winchester did the outstanding job . He came over right on the appointment time . He explained to me about the quote very clearly and honestly. Most important very hard to find decent person these days . He came over to give me estimates but I decided to get it done same day . I am very happy with the job that he has done . I am highly recommend Precision Garage Door Hayward CA .

Mr. Sheridan came out this past weekend and was great. He was in and out.

My garage door would not open because the spring broke and called Precision around 1pm and spoke with Ashley and she was very helpful. She gave me a window of time between 2-6pm. Less than 10 minutes of booking my appointment Aaron called and said that he can arrive within 1 hour and he arrived in 45 minutes. He explained what was going on and what parts are needed especially identifying the written year on the parts that I needed to replace. My parts were installed back in 2015. I asked about a senior discount, and it was something Precision did offer. My experience was painless, speedy, and professional. This was not just something they advertise on their commercial they really do come out in a timely manner. By the way this was on Labor Day so while most people were all enjoying a day off from work, they were working to service others. Thank you, Ashley and Aaron, for doing such a wonderful job of representing your employer and all your efforts were truly appreciated by me.

Had a spring replaced and Caleb Winchester and his partner took care of it, even late at night. It was 8:30 and they were don’t by 9:30 pm

Great technical service. Benny is the best! Everything was so easy once he arrived at my home. He earned 5 stars for sure. Super nice, helpful person and really a pleasure to interact with him. However, I had huge difficulty with the scheduling dept. canceling and rescheduling my initial appointment when I got sick, so this needs to be improved. If you can make an appointment online, you should be able to cancel and reschedule it online. Since it is not set up this way, changing the appointment became extremely stressful.
